Practicing Chinese Martial Arts can have a tremendous positive impacts on the body and the mind. Some of the benefits you will see from your hard work and dedication include:

​Our traditional training elements, including stances and dynamic stretching, will help open up tight hips, relax tense shoulders, and help your body to bend and move freely and without pain.

​All of our classes will develop strength and power using your entire body.  Whether practicing techniques in class or going on a hike with your friends and family, you'll be able to breathe easier, lift heavier, and go for longer.
A total body Kettlebell workout that burns fat and builds strength:
2 Handed Swing, 1 Handed Swing, Snatch, Squat, Shoulder Press

Developing the mind is just as critical as developing the body. The techniques and forms we teach will give you the confidence to defend yourself and others; the breathing, and meditation exercises we lead you through will help increase focus, ease anxiety, and increase overall mental well being.
